Public bug reported: I start a terminal with my session, and it doesn't remember its position. So I try to drag the frame to the top of the desktop to maximise it, and sometimes get the situation shown in the screenshot. The translucent effect stays in place and the window does not maximise, although the application and desktop remain usable. Grabbing the terminal's title again will allow the situation to be reset back to normal (effect goes) but will not maximise by dragging until released and dragged a third time.
