Also affects Ubuntu 13.04 x64 with compiz 0.9.9.0 and nvidia 304.84, but only if the window is maximized since application startup. If I maximize a normal window everything is normal and the same if I unmaximize and remaximize a window that previously was having issues. The three control buttons

If you disable the Maximize Effect from wobbly settings, the problem occours again. The worst thing is that the window close button sometimes does not close the 'top' window but a 'lower' one. This way I lost a few eMails I was writing. Right now I am closing windows using the close function on
