IANA db already contains the changes for new chile timezone. Just download the source tzdata package (apt-get source tzdata), unpack it, download the new IANA file (https://www.iana.org/time-zones/repository/releases/tzdata2012b.tar.gz), unpack inside package source directory and rebuild the

Well yesterday through the system updates, I got a daylight time saving update. Now Chile time it's properly working, and as valerio said, the installed package was tzdata-java_2012b-0ubuntu0.11.10_amd64.deb. What I can recomend is to get the lastly system updates. Cheers -- You received this
