Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many
changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed
It's still valid for trusty and utopic (with the new xfpm panel plugin),
if the panel size is 22px. But it's probably more an issue with the
icon theme (elementary), than xfpm. I've reported it upstream:
