Public bug reported:

When a file progress is busy, like copying in Nautilus, a progress
window appears. You can swith between the two screens with Alt+`, so
Unity condiders them as two screens.

But this is not clear in the Alt-tab switcher, because there, the two
arrows on the side of the icon, do not appear (see screenshot). However,
when you wait a few seconds, the alt-tab switcher shows the two screen
(main Nautilus window and the progress windows), as usual, but not as
expected (there is no visual clue).

Also: the two arrows indicating multiple windows also do not appear in
the launcher.
