Public bug reported: When a file progress is busy, like copying in Nautilus, a progress window appears. You can swith between the two screens with Alt+`, so Unity condiders them as two screens.
But this is not clear in the Alt-tab switcher, because there, the two arrows on the side of the icon, do not appear (see screenshot). However, when you wait a few seconds, the alt-tab switcher shows the two screen (main Nautilus window and the progress windows), as usual, but not as expected (there is no visual clue). Also: the two arrows indicating multiple windows also do not appear in the launcher. ** Affects: unity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/995207 Title: No multiple window indication for Nautilus progress window To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/995207/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
