The mainline kernels are now going to be built using the Quantal config
file. The first 3.4 kernels has been built. Can you test this kernel
and see if it resolves this bug? It can be downloaded from:

At first entire boot failed because I missed installing linux-image-
extra-*.deb. The resulting behaviour is another bug IMHO (user gets no
visual response at all, screen remains purple at all times, finally all
one can do is ctrl+alt+del).
Then the system loads fine. Plugging my TV-Box leads to
