updating is still enabled, /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10periodic, and I think
that's fine. You could look for file dates in /var/lib/apt/lists/ to

There isn't a kernel in proposed at the moment, but I've tested using
the latest in yakkety and it seems to be working fine.
I don't have a simple replication case for the bug, unfortunately. It
just seems to happen for (hand-wavey guess) 50% of boots.

I change the install process, i start linux from DVD unit and I can finish
without problems, I try to format the USB storage and have issues, this

I've reproduced it just once using today's daily image[1] - i've flashed
the image many times(~10 times), but i've got the panic on the screen
only once, right before it should print "Press enter to configure" text.

Thank you for taking the time to report this crash and helping to make
this software better. This particular crash has already been reported
and is a duplicate of bug #1565332, so is being marked as such.
Status update: it looks like all Glance and Nova fixes have merged; so
too have the master and stable/newton changes for Cinder. At this point
we're waiting for https://review.openstack.org/375625 (Cinder's
stable/mitaka fix) to merge, and we don't seem to have a stable/liberty
backport for
