I don't think I'd want to have the patches provided applied as-is. There
are multiple problems with them:
- The default hostname is 'ubuntu', and is the value you will get if
nothing is preseeded -- we *do* need to skip it in this case, although
the grep may need to be more precise. A name like
Problem still exists, losing connection nearly once a session, 'nmcli c
up id __' works after I suspend and re-awake, otherwise as a rule not
(this on Lenovo x61, on Lenovo x200 'nmcli c up id __' always works).

Thanks for taking the time to file a bug!
It appears that the post-install failed to start the SSH server. The latest
version of SSH came only with 4 security fixes so it is not obvious what would
be causing this:
Do you have gtk3-nocsd installed? It is supposed to be disabled for
Gnome session. But it is not working properly.

Since I only use the mysql server for development, I tend to keep the server
disabled with systemctl. If mysql server is upgraded while the service is
disabled, apt-get fails. To remedy this, I must run "systemctl enable mysqld"
before "apt-get upgrade". Since I found a

Below is the script we're running. tune2fs doesn't set UUID (can be
checked with blkid) and exits abnormally (so that commands after tune2fs
call are not getting executed).
If we move tune2fs call above the mount command, everything works fine.
