On the 10.04 LTS, the output of 'mount' and '/proc/mounts' differ about the
nfs-version and the used protocol type:

saved only in portrait orientation, despite of settings to print in

This is IMO one of the biggest problems of Unity! It's a Design and Usability
Bug.
It should be solved ASAP! It makes the workflow stuck. In Windows, this is a
great advantage, you kann close every window, that is seen on the screen,
because every window has its own control.
A simple alpha
I have also this problem with 11.10.
My root device is just a normal SSD, but the /home logical volume and an
additional logical volume is a lvm which currently only has /dev/md0 as
physical disks. /dev/md0 is a raid 1 with /dev/sda1 and /dev/sdc1 in
it.

I am closing the simple-scan task, because looking at the workaround/fix

When opening the Ubuntu One control panel and selecting I already have
an account for the first time, the dialogue window that opens does not
usually have focus. From time to time it does open with focus, and I
believe that a certain amount of time has to pass, approximately
Kpackagekit also breaks with updates (see my previous comment, its
latest version is called Apper) so... yeah. Not the solution also.

It's just sheer, childish stubborness at this point. All of the reasons
provided for the won't fix on this bug (and let's remember: those kept
changing) turned out to be excuses. They decided not to make the Launcher
movable, and they're going to stick to that decision whatever the

Have it catched again on kernel 3.2.0 final, this time right after the
stacktraces my system crashed. I have had to shut it down the hardway.
Some indodes became corrupteted, but were cleaned uped the next start as
far as I could see.

There is one more hint. At the time of the crash I had virtualbox 4.1.6
runnig with windows xp guest on it.
I have reside for long on openSUSE and just switched to Ubuntu. On
openSUSE there were also some problems with ath9k and virtualbox. They
did not like each other.

The 3.2 kernel from comment #28 seems to be working a lot better. My
wireless connects on log-in without any issues, and seems stable for 8+
hours. I've rebooted a few times over the past 2 days, and the wireless
works without issues.
I downloaded the 3.2 kernerl from the link in comment #28, and
