After installing telepathy-gnome on final release, I can't add a working
Salut account. Can you try it (see bug #156444). You need to backup you
existing configuration files, otherwise you may not be able to add you
account anymore (like me).

Installing gnome-telepathy seemed to solve the problem here, can you

Yes, It also corrected the problem on my computer after adding
telepathy-gonme package..
Maybe this should be added as a dependency ?
