Public bug reported: Hi, I can't turn off my laptop (HP Probook 440 G9)using Ubuntu 23.10. I used command line commands like shutdown, poweroff, and systemctl poweroff, the system just restart. I was realized about this and I had installed 6.4.0-24 -something like that-, it was working properly; unfortunately, I lost it. Could you help me? Thanks in advanced. Regards.
