It looks like this may be the source of your problems:
* MythTV home directory, /home/mythtv does not exist.
Can you imagine why this might be?
I would suggest enabling the -fixes branch described here:
http://www.mythbuntu.org/auto-builds
It may or may not help you, but it certainly can't
