Hi,
I've also encountered a similar error. However, I know that this is
because my corporate firewall is blocking Ubuntu one. For e.g. when I
click on System Preferences Ubuntu One Manage Accounts, the
browser opens up and displays the proxy page You are not allowed access
to this site.

Hi,
For me, this bug is following a fresh installation of Ubuntu 9.10 with
the desktop i386 ISO file. I don't have tweak anything about Python and
/ or cURL, just tried the UbuntuOne client and it crashed poorly. And a
complete system update at the date of my previous post don't change
Heath L. POUZENC,
It looks like like there maybe something preventing pycurl from working
properly.
Do you have a custom version of pycurl built on your machine without SSL
support?

The 328 is the line number, I believe. On my computer, the line number
is 326.

Joshua,
Thanks for getting back to me -- I apologize for the delay in
responding.
I can confirm that I receive this error when I am *not* behind a proxy
server. (In fact, I have another computer that can connect successfully
using the same connection.)

Ubuntu One client: [Errno
Hi,
I am an other user that have this bug. I have upgraded from 9.04 and when I
launch Application / Internet / Ubuntu-one, I see a small cloud with an
exclamation point in the systray, and I have this message :
[Errno socket error] [Errno 0]
_ssl.c:32...error::lib(0):func(0):reason(0)
Hi Heath,
I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One is not working properly for you. Based on
the error message you provided, it seems that you may be behind some
sort of proxy server, is this correct? If so, Ubuntu One will not
currently work behind a proxy server.
Thank you,
Joshua
