This issue is resolved in 1.5.6-2 which has now synced from Debian.
It currently fails to build from source because one of its dependencies
(yecht) is also FTBFS as it can't find jruby (in multiverse).
So its a bit circular.
Approaches:
1) Promote current binary packaging to universe; build
yecht 0.0.2-1 does not Build-Depend on jruby. Maybe it is possible to
upload this version first and sync 0.0.2-2 later.
