I don't even need all the logs, I just need to know if it is fixed in
Natty, or by testing with the upstream kernel:
If you could test the latest upstream kernel available that would be
great. It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the
issue. Refer to

I did not mark this invalid yet, and my speech is not automatic. and,
yes, a lot has changed. If you can supply the requested information and
test this with the latest upstream kernel, that would be great!
Otherwise, it will become invalid in 60 days.

i initially reported this bug as rsync one :

but changed my mind after I added MARK in rsylogd each 5 minutes and see
this in kern.log at moment corresponding to rsync (and before freeze)
