The package contains all files installed by make install in upstream's
build script (except for a few that were removed for license reasons).
Upstream's build script does not install the stdsoap2.c and stdsoap2.cpp
source files.
The package includes the gsoap library compiled from the source for
the package includes libgsoap.a and libgsoap++.a which according to the
documentation are the compiled versions of these files.
If this is not sufficient I recommend filing a bug in debian where this package
is maintained.
