Not replacing deleted config file /etc/nagios3/conf.d/host-gateway_nagios3.cfg
include file /etc/nagios3/apache2.conf does not exist!
This looks very much as the result of /etc/nagios3 having been manually
deleted. Purge nagios3-common and nagios3. After that they should be
fine to install
I can reproduce this bug in MySQL 5.0.24a-9ubuntu2.4 (edgy)
It appears to have been fixed in MySQL 5.0.38-0ubuntu1 (feisty)
Do note that even affected MySQL versions can detect/handle ERROR 1436.
It seems as if the option thread_stack has to be within a certain range
for this bug to manifest

I've been having similar problems and looking for a long time for a solution.
Finally seems to have solved my problem.
I do not understand how different installed packages decide to modify
/etc/resolv.conf and sometimes without consideration to each other. In my case,
I use
I am experiencing more strange behavior: When I start aptitude directly
with the ssh command, i.e. something like
ssh -t r...@machine.box aptitude -V dist-upgrade
then I always get kicked out after the packages are downloaded, or
more precise, I assume directly before dpkg is called. I only have
libb-size-perl was deleted in Jaunty, so this monstrous bug can be
closed now.
