Looks like you system was not configured with a valid hostname and
domain name - as a result the postfix configuration is broken which is
why you keep seeing this issue.

The Debian package is now at version 0.8.4, which no longer has this
problem. I requested a sync in bug #812026 which, once synced, should
kick off rebuilds of all reverse-depends of libdbi, closing this bug for
each of them.

Confirmed: Packaged broke with GCC 4.6.1-1ubuntu1. I found this in the Debian
changelog (for 4.6.1-1):
* Stop passing -Wno-error=unused-but-set-parameter and
-Wno-error=unused-but-set-variable if -Werror is present.
This was a temporary workaround introduced in 4.6.0~rc1-2. Closes: #615157.
