I confirmed that downgrading the libnss2 package from 2:3.21-1ubuntu2 to 2:3.19.2.1-0ubuntu0.15.10.1 fixed the issue. I've only been able to reproduce in Chromium, unable to reproduce in Epiphany, curl, Google Chrome, Pidgin and the ubuntu browser. ** Also affects: chromium-browser (Ubuntu)
