Installing nova-novncproxy 2012.2-0ubuntu2:
$ sudo apt-get install nova-novncproxy
$ service nova-novncproxy status
nova-novncproxy: unrecognized service
$ which nova-novncproxy
In addition to this affecting Nova, the novnc package's init scripts
requires the presence of /usr/bin/nova-novncproxy before it will start
the novnc process.
