The default slapd installation doesn't come with a database and DIT

I think this is still a bug, i am running 9.10 Server (Karmic), with
latest updates, dpkg-reconfigure slapd misses configuration questions.

The documentatino need to reflect updated setup guide, since dpkg-
reconfigure does not work anymore.

if you really want to omit the default configuration, you'd use run
dpkg-reconfigure with -p switch
