right, libkms got removed upstream so kms-steal-crtc and kms-universal-
planes got removed from the package

libkms: Remove libkms completely
libkms was a very early attempt
Accepted the new libdrm, thanks! But I see there that libkms got removed
in this version, but I assume it's not something we care about?

Accepted libdrm into jammy-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libdrm/2.4.113-2~ubuntu0.22.04.1 in
a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See
