I installed kernel 2.6.34 with how to from 
http://www.ramoonus.nl/2010/05/19/linux-kernel-2-6-34-installation-guide-for-ubuntu-linux-10-04/
 because i need it working with my technisat cablestar hd2 pci dvb-c tv-card. 
Ubuntu-bug shows the following message:

If i try to use restricted-manager it shows in an window: SystemError: 
installArchives() failed. 
With kernel 2.6.32 i used fgrlx without problems.

System is Intel Core2Duo E8200 with Gigabyte EP35-DS3R with 8GB DDR2-800, ATI 
Radeon 5770 1GB, 4x 1TB HDD SATA,
Ttechnisat Cablestar HD2 PCI DVB-C TV-card with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64bit, 
installed kernel 2.6.34-020634-generic.
