Ok, well the instances where the crash reporter pops up a minute after boot but the system is otherwise usable, is going to just be another instance of #828684. The crash handler is going to be turned off for oneiric within the next week or so, and that will essentially be the end of that.

Hmm, this might be just a dupe of bug #828684 and just coincidental that you got both issues at the same time, however in case not this may be worth some further investigation. First thing though --- are you able to reproduce this bug reliably? If so, we can try to narrow it down more. If not,
