I've accidentally run into a similar problem while debugging a -radeon
crash. Checking out the equivalent code in -intel leads me to believe
that this is fixed in xserver-xorg-video-intel 2.12, which we've got in
Maverick. Have you been able to reproduce this crash recently?

Uses the Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME graphics controller.

Bah! According to those logs everything appears to be working fine.
They do indicate that you've got an external monitor plugged in to what
the card believes is an HDMI port, though.
