Gimp produces this error and does not load image:

ufraw-batch segfaults on the NEF file:

My apologies for the error.
Yes, I was installing using the Ubuntustudio-installer gui. I've
attached a screenshot of the error message and the message log.
On one computer it stalled when installing the lowlatency kernel and on
the other it stalled when installing a different package but
