I am slowly transitioning my workflow from MacOS to Ubuntu.
My latest milestone was tuning up the key bindings in Sublime Text so they
work more like MacOS editor Textmate. Switching between Sublime Text and
Textmate was giving me a bit of a brain cramp, so it is nice to have

I got Thunderbird to talk to my Apple iCloud email account and discovered
almost immediately that it seems to be a terrible email client for 2023.

Hello Everyone,
I am thinking my next development system here will be a linux box, rather
than the Macs I have been using. I am wondering if you have had any
particularly good or notably poor experiences with installing and running
linux (Some variation of RHEL or Ubuntu) on pre-built hardware.
