I insalled bld with those other apps:
I seguenti pacchetti sono stati rimossi:
stardict-gnome
I seguenti pacchetti sono stati installati:
aspell-eo (2.1.2000.02.25-40)
bld (0.3.4.1-3)
bld-postfix (0.3.4.1-3)
bld-tools (0.3.4.1-3)
brazilian-conjugate (3.0~beta4-12)
context (2008.05.21-1)
I also confirm that this issue present in Karmic, same symptoms as
reported by drub: When NFS mount is not longer available (for example by
suspending a laptop that is connected to a share and resuming on a
different network or disconnected) dolphin crashes and need to be killed
with signal 9.

I think that Ubuntu updates from yesterday somehow fixed this bug for
me, I had this since the release of Karmic Koala, yesterday night I
applied some updates and didn't checked today before filling bug report.
So I'm marking this bug as invalid.
