Since disabling the evolution plugin, the issue is not occurring. I
think it's safe to say that the bug is in the evolution plugin.

The problem keeps reoccurring. Every day or so, gnome-do just closes and
is gone from the panel and has to be restarted again. Please let me know
if any other log files or information can help in fixing the issue.

Those Evolution errors are harmless and can be ignored.
Are you running the Docky theme? Perhaps with the CPU and/or Battery
docklets?

No. not running the Docky theme. I use the classic interface.
Will start gnome-do this time without the evolution plugin, to see if it
makes any different.

I'm sorry for not following up on this issue. There's an awful lot error
about evolution on the debug information you posted. Try to disable the
Evolution plugin and see if Gnome-Do still crashes. Also, I recommend
doing some research on the error messages.
