I finally built it from bzr today. The bug is gone in the bzr version.

Upgrade (using our ppa), as there is a new version available. If that
fixes your problem, then let us know. And if that doesn't fix it, can
you try building from source to see if that works? I'm using a more
recent (from source) build of Do and page up / down work fine for me.

Cant confirm, works for me (though I'm running latest bzr revision, so
the bug may be fixed upstream).
