Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-schedule

Frequenty, "at" jobs (one-time jobs) scheduled with gnome-schedule do
not start at the scheduled time, but several minutes too late. Today, I
scheduled a job to start at 23:00 h. It did run at 23:08 h.

This may not be related to gnome-schedule, but rather to at/atd. I can't
tell.
