Interview Process: From past experience, generally phone interview followed by in person. Business Systems Analyst Support global dealer portal that has 100 different tools connected to it. Triage, troubleshooting issues that are reported (work with IS team and internal/dealer facing stakeholders to resolve issues) Document business requirements Testing Looking for self-starters Have experience in doing this work Experience with Adobe CQ (or other publishing tools) Certs – would rather have experience, not hung up on credentials Strong business analysis, data analysis, troubleshooting, excellent communication skills (written/verbal) Business Systems Analyst This position is responsible for working on the a team to support the business systems operations of the global dealer portal product. The position will be the designated second level support to investigate, resolve and/or escalate issues coming in from global dealers, global information systems and other business stakeholders. This position works with a variety of stakeholders across the organization including GIS, Global Regions, Departments, Dealer Communications, Dealers and others. This position is responsible for tracking, documenting, prioritizing and escalating business systems issues, creating business requirements and test scripts, conducting business testing, providing project status updates and following up with stakeholders in a timely manner. Work schedule requires both planned and unplanned participation in global conference calls at various times throughout the day/week along with periodic weekend coverage to validate deployments to production system. Individual must be dependable and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity and changing priorities. Demonstrated collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to gain consensus. Demonstrated experience organizing and working with cross-functional teams to reach a common goal. Ability to successfully measure and track results. Strong judgment and decision-making ability, as well as demonstrated problem solving skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills are required.
