The short answer is "no, they are entirely different libraries". It is not

I have tried with and without specifying the printer name, with two
different OS, a Windows 10 and a Windows Server 2012.
I have installed from scratch Guacamole 1.1.0 on Centos 7 with LDAP and
Mariadb Backend. Putting in debug mode Guacd doesn't give me enough

So to clarify the issue we have, I've tested it with the latest versions of
guac-server and guac-client (1.1.0) on Ubuntu 18.04.
Test setup: RDP to Windows server 2016, RDP to Windows server 2019.
Both scenario's, not depending on the keyboard settings, the Caps lock is not
