Spark Partitioner vs Spark Shuffle Manager

Hi All,

   What is the difference between Spark Partitioner and Spark Shuffle
Manager. Spark Partitioner is by default Hash partitioner and Spark shuffle
manager is sort based, others are Hash, Tunsten Sort.
