I think that the programmers have to work mainly on the program interface as,
for me, is a little old and not so efficient. I think to blender 2.8 or Shade3d
as a model of good and functional interfaces. (speaking of prices: Shade 3d has
gone to subscription and before you need more than 500$

It's unbelievable, I forgot how powerful RS is. It is almost as powerful as
Maya and Houdini 2018 if a little less complete in each features.
But RS has all his features back from 2003?
