We are planning on creating a HA product in an active/standby configuration
whereby the standby unit needs to take over from the active unit very fast
(<50ms including all services restored).
We are able to do very fast signaling (say 1000Hz) between the two units to

I have a 3 node setup on ubuntu 16.04. Corosync/Pacemaker services are not
started automatically.
If I put all 3 nodes to offline mode, with 1 node in an "unclean" state I get a
never ending STONITH.
What happens is that the STONITH causes a reboot of the unclean node.
