We've tagged today (Feb 3) a new stable resource-agents release
(3.9.7) in the upstream repository.
Big thanks go to all contributors! Needless to say, without you
this release would not be possible.
It has been a year since release v3.9.6, hence the number of

Maybe there's a typo in one of the authentitcation parameters in your
config. Can you post the output of "pcs stonith show --full"?
You can try running fence_azure_arm without parameters
in Europe and US because I
get these errors only with our clusters in US Central and US East 2 but not
in Europe West and North. Any hint?

There is no fix for this in the agents, so you just need to check that
you're using httplib2 v0.18.0 or later, or that your distros httplib2
package changelog mentions that the CVE has been fixed to ensure you
wont be vulnerable.
