Given that your tokens are all lower case
The upper case was because of Outlook.
The namespace is correct, and it works when the i18n:attr is used in the
XSLT, but not in the JX Template.

using 2.1, try setting the loglevel for the i18n transformer to DEBUG.
You can figure out what the logger is for your transformer by looking at
the logger attribute of the i18n transformer definition.

Larger regions do not seem to work.
That's why styles template is called more then once if number of rows
to print exceedes 999.

StyleRegion is limited to 2000 cells in EPStyleRegion.java. It is in
