traffic is routed to your smsbox (through sqlbox).
DLR's
are routed to sqlbox and end there.

I suspect the problem lies with the telco because if dlr-mask=31, we are
requesting for all reports. But this has to be supported by the telco as
well! To check if the telco's smsc is replying twice (8, 1) restart
