No message spliting info in UDH

Hello. I try to send oma-settings over smpp. It seems, there is a bug with message split sequesnce information in UDH headers. When the message is spitted to several parts, there'is no information in UDH about msg identifier, msg parts abount and part number. In normal case the UDH should be 11

Hi There is something strange in my setup. I can start bearerbox and smsbox using /etc/init.d/kannel start But When I stop the services /etc/init.d/kannel stop Only the bearerbox is stopped. The smsbox still runs. Doing a pstree reveals that run_kannel_box is still running Why is this
