Are there any defined software development standards when it comes to designing s/w for SMS?
I realize ome of the rules include giving OPT-OUT capabilities, and these rules are regionally enforced. Can anyone give me some references to these please - Europe, North America, Asia, etc?

As we're still setting up our SMS applications, we're considering different ways of purchasing SMS credits.
What we're considering:
1) user selects # of credits to purchase from our site2) payment received; use an automated process to connect to a SMSC such as Zim or Clickatell to purchase credits
