Can anyone tell me why the kannel goes into the suspended state , status is
suspended though the connection with smsc is online ,it is not sending or
receiving any sms. another thing it doesn't send all the sms ,it sends only 400
sms and then stops sending and all the sms are in

I have a problem in understanding why they wry high SMS failure Dlr (2 )and
SMS Rejected dlr(16) rate on my system when sending the MT .
This a report for today and It happens frequently as you can see from the below

I notice there are a lot of empty incoming SMS listid on my inbox , is it
because subscribers send empty SMS or there is a missing configuration that
produces this result .
