Yes, it is binfo.
For incoming messages, use %B in your get-url.

What do you mean by bill-info? I can't seem to find it on the Kannel
documentation.
And about the field in the deliver_sm, they just told me ServiceType.
I assumed that was some kind of standard, isn't it?

I am not sure about the the service type in the MO. Maybe someone else can
help here.you can check a sample mo from the log and check what exactly
they pass to you as tge service ie type.
