Please be informed that we have received the following enquiry from one of
our customers.
I wish to rent a place for myself and my wife. We have no children. But we
do have pets. One small dog and two cats. I am aware that dogs are not much
liked here and that the places I can rent are more limited.
The type of place we are looking for is:
1. A two bedroom (if the rooms are not too small)
or a three bedroom.
2. A villa or apartment, but nothing in a high
rise because we need to be able to take the dog outside several times a day.
3. Must have parking available.
4. Would like a nice kitchen (current kitchen mush
too small and not happy with it).
5. Do not need furnished.
6. Would like very much to not pay more than
AED130,000.
7. Will be available to view properties this
weekend, 28 Feb.
I was thinking to propose them Green Community and Discovery Gardens, but
any other suggestions are welcome. I also thought of Springs, but it should
be and End unit, because the kitchens in the Middle units are terribly
small.
