We are looking for a 3 bedroom + study or maids room (type 1, 2 and 3) in the Lakes and would probably go for a type 3. Last week we rented a 3 BR + maid's room + study villa in Zulal (3,034 sq.ft.) for their friends at AED 220k, so we are looking for a similar good deal. Don't offer any ridiculous prices as we all know rents are falling in Dubai.
