Hello, I call the time it takes to start playing a video, from the point you start loading a webpage (with video on it) the time to play. It's an important stat for a number of reasons... Usability being one of them. But not the only one. Has anyone collected any kind of stats on the time to

The thing that will probably make the most difference is bit-rate of the video. I guess you'd have to make sure that all your videos ended up being as close to the same bit-rate as possible for this comparison. People often get the impression that flash plays faster because that's their experience
