I think Garage band also has that on Quicktime output, there were a
time were they called it something like enhanced podcast, but its
implemented there.
I suppose that if you convert to flash it looses those links...

I just found
For the past eight months, I have been using the 3ivx compression
program to render videos in IMovie for my church's web broadcast and
loved it. A few months ago, after I installed an automatic Quicktime
upgrade (I won't do that again!), whenever I try to use the 3ivx
compression program
Which version of 3ivx you got? If its version 5, make sure you are using latest
5.0.2
version.
If that doesnt work, you could consider using the h264 encoding built into
quicktime
instead, or use a different program such as visualhub to make good mpeg4 or
h264
videos.

Any other version creates sync problems for some of the new ipods.
We still LOVE it.
I haven't seen a more compatible, better looking, smaller sized file
as a result of the 3ivx CODEC.

I just got the scoop on a possible full time video web design job
just north of Rochester NH for a school system not too far from the
one I take care of.
I have a link and contact info if there is anyone local, the job pays
about the same as first year teacher (AKA Crap) but might be a fun
I just spent the last week testing and evaluating most of the commonly
available codecs for delivery including all the different variants of
.264, 3ivx, Divx, xvid, etc. All where possible rendered from within
Sony Vegas 8 but also Virtual Dub, Winff and Quicktime.
