I'm not sure if you have done this or not but check out Blip.tv Terms
of Service http://blip.tv/tos/ way down toward the bottom.

You can't show naked people but you can talk about them. 

A week or two back folks responded to a person who wanted a safe Adult
level site for web hosting.  If you follow this thread you can pick up
