Anything that plays on a video ipod will also play on the iphone (because it's an ipod too). As for the new iphone settings: One makes a file about the size of the old ipod setting (in the 800kbps range instead of 1600kbps) and the other (cellular) makes a tiny 3gp file meant to be easily viewed

OK - I obviously still don't really know what I'm doing... I just made two test videos with iMovie - one exported with the movie to ipod setting, and one with the movie to iphone setting... and they both made it to my iphone. Which is cool! It's entirely possible that the recent iphone update
