I use ishowu on my Mac for my webcast Trip on a Deal (www.triponadeal.com). It's phenomenal and allows me to capture websites and videos in a quicktime file that is the same format as I am editing in Final Cut. Very simple to use and very seamless. John Palacio Trip on a Deal And Now
