I LOVE Jing and use it almost every day. I highly recommend it. I
have also used Camtasia and think it's a great program but I get what
I need very simply through Jing.

(www.triponadeal.com). It's phenomenal and allows me to capture
websites and videos in a quicktime file that is the same format as I
am editing in Final Cut. Very simple to use and very seamless.
